Pause for thought
As we read and ponder the book of Revelation I’m sure we are aware of the number of different interpretations and theories out there! We must always keep in mind the warning given to its readers not to add or subtract from the prophecy. We read from the book, but never read something into the book of revelation that’s just not there! I believe as time gets closer to Jesus coming, more will become clearer Revelation 22:18-19
The sea of glass is probably the same sea of glass we read about in Revelation 4:6, here it is mixed with fire probably representing Gods wrath and judgement. Also suggested by the imagery is the red sea crossing ( sea and the pillar of fire ) possible as the song of Moses, that Israel sang of their victory over Pharaoh, the same song now being sung by these saints who have overcome the beast, his image, mark, and number 15:2-4.
The temple of the tabernacle of the testament this testament is the everlasting covenant between God and His people through the blood of Christ 15:5
There will be no escape from this judgement it will come to pass 15:3 Just and true are your ways, King of the saints 15:6.
No access is permitted to the temple until the bowls of Gods wrath is completed. No more intercession or petitions until the millennium?
A verse to meditate upon Who shall not fear you, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy. For all nations shall come and worship before You. For your judgements have been manifested. Revelation 15:4 N.K.J.V.
